Well I'm not a breeder, but I think you're asking very ligitimate questions! They are the same questions I asked when looking for Gemma, and you know what? I got just as frustrated at the vague replies or no replies!! Whats up with that?? My opinion is you will eventually find a good one, who will take the time to answer your questions and will be thrilled to know someone like you that knows what to ask and what to look for, is inquiring about
their dogs!
Funny, the breeder I got Gemma from didn't give me a good email vibe, but I went against that vibe and met with her and you know....I'm still not happy with her communication so I wish I'd have stuck to my gut
The one lady that emailed alot and we talked on the phone is the best and I should have went with her - we are still friends now and talk on the phone all the time!
Are you including your phone number in emails so they may call you if typing all those answers is too time consuming for them?? Thats the only thing I can suggest you do...but don't change what you are asking, I think you're right.
Good luck in your search and be patient-you will find the right breeder and it will be worth it
