oh WOW that friend of yours sounds truly selfish and what the heck is she doing with THREE dogs when she shouldn't even have one ??
Is there anything I can do ? I know exactly where she lives - and anyone that can afford to live there SURE can afford to take care of pets....fleas ?? Heartworms ?? Does she know how PAINFUL BOTH ARE ? While fleas can be treated - heartworms are a VERY PAINFUL parasite and shame on her for her cruelty ! Those poor dogs !
