Some just take away the hair, and others leave a raised bump that gets crusty, comes off bleeds underneath, and there is a slight hole, the Resizole lotion will heal it in no time, when the hair grows back the ring worm is gone. I am just so worried about it as it could spread to her dogs, it is hard to tell from the picture, but i have seen several kinds, and without medication it is hard to clear up. Where in Colorado is she, I live in Colorado also, in Glenwood Springs. I would love to hear from her about your sweet little rescued girl!
Thank you so much for the information. We lived in Grand Junction for about 2 1/2 years ... my husband had a heart attack a year ago and we decided that he would recover better at a lower altitude. We moved back to our home in AL in April. I met my friend, Trish, in Grand Junction and we quickly became joined at the heart ... she is like a sister and it broke my heart to leave her. We had just decided to get our rescue started and now I feel helpless at what little I can do at a distance! We are hoping that when Patrick is better, we can go back to CO.
