Oh my goodness. I cannot believe that! What the heck is that guy thinking? I am sure he can be fired for that harrassment. Don't just fill out the customer comment card, get in contact with the manager of the store, and also contact as high-up of an officail of Petco as you can, and tell them about your experience. Maybe we can all write letters to a customer email address about how we're boycotting Petco because of your experience? You can't just sit by and let that guy insult your little boy.
