I don't think Waco is anywhere near where I am. I am located just outside of NW Houston. I would love for someone to report her but if she does get reported she'll know it's me because obviously I'm the only one who knows about their condition, along with her sister and her cousin who lives with her as well.
And yes this is the second time she purchased dogs (all 3 within a 3-month range) The first time, thankfully her other sister 'stole' the dog from her and refused to give it back because she was neglecting it.
