I completely agree, Tears instantly came to my eyes. I cant imagine why someone would purchase a dog if they were not going to them the adiquate love and affection that is needed as well as all the physical needs. And here this person has THREE!!! These darling pups need to have a better life. They do not deserve this. I am sure your torn. But, its best for them. Thank goodness you discovered this. God sent them an Angel
