I've heard that if you eat tuna WHILE you're studying, then have peanut butter a few hours before your exam or w/e you're studying for it will help.
The chemicals in the tuna will help your brain convert the messages into a long-term memory. The chemicals in the peanut butter will release your memory for use.
It makes sense, but I haven't tried it.
A girl in my class said she tried it & she got a better mark than her usual...but she's not the most reliable source lol
