that's totally unbelievable.
How could anyone do that. On the other hand anyone who leaves a puppy outside alone and goes to the store, is not very responsible.
My dogs are on my finced patio behind the house while I'm at home. they come and go through a doggie door. But I put them inside when I leave. |
