its kinda funny those people bashing you for going on the cruise...it was your mom right? that came and stayed with Joey... Who raised us...mainly our moms with dads help!! Joey will be fine with Grandma. He will be happy to have you home. It's wonderful that she offered to come stay with him....I can't say that my mom would have done that......
