Ok I am crying....This one brings back memories for me. (I am an EMS Chief) This winter we had a structure fire, the house was totaly engulfed when we arrived on scene, The homeowner's mother came running up and said "there is a puppy in the back bedroom. One of our firefighter went into the house and in a few minutes brought out a tiny lab puppy. He come running up to the Ambulance and we started oxygen and rubbing it's little chest. You have never seen so many squad members crying in your life. He started breathing and we kept the O2 on him for about 1/2 hour. EMS/Fire all started cheering, the house was a total loss but those 3 children were so happy to see the puppy they had gotten for Christmas was Ok. Firefighters and EMS/Paramedics
awesome.
