There are good dog breeders in California. If this bill passes you will have to buy your next puppy from a breeder, or puppy mill from out of state, or the price of your new puppy will be doubled because of all the fines, and fees that the breeder in this state is going to have to pay. THIS IS NOT THE ANSWER TO THE DOGS IN THE SHELTERS. EDUCATION is! I sell all of my pups on a spay/neuter contract. I also will take the dog back if the sellers life style changes. My dogs are NOT to go to the shelter, but to come back to me.
