I agree with you. I think it's great that a law is being passed to spay and neuter all PETS. I just feel bad for the honest, good, caring breeders who will now have this extra expense added on to their bills. It's sad that the good have to suffer with the bad.
I hope this doesn't hurt any of our great YT breeders.
