Poor Tykie, I don't know what you could do other than just trying to soothe him. Sounds like you are already doing that. Maybe call the Vet or a behaviorist to see if they have any idea's. Maybe you could look and see if there is anything about being scared of thunderstorms online for suggestions. Sorry I'm not more help. Good Luck. Hope he relaxes soon.
