I also started chantix today, after a big scare with copd, iam very lucky my insurance does pay for it, i talked to my pharmistist in detail about it, he said most people only have few side effects and have to take it for at least 6 mths i want to wish everyone who is trying to kick this nasty habit very good luck. also i work at walmart and we have many discounts on alot of drugs.not sure if thats one or not but its worth a try
