It's an interesting thing - but all yorkies cannot swim! I had heard that but thought it was an old wive's tale, but it's true. So don't assume that your little yorkster will automatically take to swimming - some love it and love swimming in their pools, but others just don't "get it" and can sink right to the bottom. As with everything else, just be careful!
