I'm going through the same thing right now w/my new girl Kenzie. I've shaved and taped, but they still flop up then down. They seem to be about half up right now, with just the tips flopping over, lol. Shes 14.5 weeks old and teething like a maniac, so I'm hoping they'll go up soon! They aren't that big, so i've got my fingers crossed
