 Yorkie in "Meet The Fockers" movie?
I think it's a Yorkie? I'm not quite sure, so I freeze framed the movie trailer and took a few pictures. The picture of the blue dog looks like it'd be a Yorkie for sure, but I can't tell so much of the other pic (they may have used different dogs I guess).
Apparently, the dog goes into the toilet to drink water and the cat flushes it and in the ensuing hilarity the dog gets the cleaning solution on him and turns blue. I haven't seen the movie yet, just the trailer.
