Hi! Welcome to YT!!! Glad to have you here!!! It's really hard to tell what color they will be at such a young age. You really can't tell until they are around 6 months...though sometimes a little younger and sometimes a little older...you generally go by what the parents look like and this should give you an idea.
We have several members here that live in California. Hopefully they can recommend a reputable breeder. Good luck in your search!!
