No there are smooth coated Chi's, long haired--not my breed. Different variations of spaniels that derived from the original variety. Two or three types of Chinese Crested that are judged separately.
My original interpretation of the YTCA was recommending was that Biewers would not compete against Yorkies in the same ring. They would be in the toy group but a different breed. Maybe this isn't what they were suggesting, just my read. |
