That is horrible...I wouldn't even let Maximus go out till he was done with all his hots and a week passed as per vet's orders...I now bring him to the park 2x a week for a walk..which I think is beginning to get too hot for him...and I try to bring him with me do to errands (where they allow him)..i.e..dropping off movies at blockbuster, drycleaners, I walked him around the mall yeaterday because it was too hot and they opened a "luxury" petstore...gag..in there so damnit my dog is allowed..and no one said anything...but when people ask me DUMB and I mean dumb questions (I was asked in Petsmart if Maximus could get some ladies yorkie pregnant..because she wanted her to have a litter...ask me if this pup had even been brought to the vet yet???) I take it as an oppotunity to tell them owning a yorkie is NO cakewalk..I love Maximus and wouldn't trade him for the world but they do require sacrifice and not everyone is prepared for that |
