Emmy won't go out in the rain at all! She also hates going out in the morning, because of the wet grass. I usually have to pick her up and set her in the yard. She quickly pottys and runs for the door. Once inside, she races around rubbing on anything and everything trying to get dried off. If she would hit the inside potty pad every once and a while, I probably would not make her go outside in the morning, but, alas, never works!!!
