OK you sound very responsible but there's one thing you have to know. there isn't such a thing as a teacup yorkie, it is simply a term for brokers to make more money. and i think i heard somewhere that you want to stay away from western (i think) PA. (no offense anyone who lives there) its a puppy mill place. you don't want to get a yorkie any younger than 8 weeks and might want to wait until 12 wks because that is when any health probs. they might have will appear. You might also want to go for a yorkie that will be 5-8 lbs full grown or so. smaller ones are prone to desiese. it is also a lot harder to step on a "bigger" yorkie. (this has killed and seriously injured a lot of even larger yorkies on this site.) so good luck with your search and welcome to the YT family.
