You are correct. Bet her baby is sick within a week and it is all HER idiocy fault!! That is actually cheap for a pet shop tiny Yorkie around here and they will finance for 3 years.
I DO NOT LET ANYONE PET ANY OF MY PUPPIES/DOGS! I rarely take them out except for the vet visit and that is when we go to Petsmart. I have a sign that I post on the crate or lay in the cart on top of the blankie and my purse. It says "Mom says ask before you pet me!" and it works. It gets noticed before the person reads the words....I teach the person the proper way to pet a dog AFTER getting perission from the owner...
