I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your baby. Yes, as everyone has said, it will take a long time before you can think of your little pal without grieving or crying. I lost my little poodle of 17 yrs just 5 months ago. Reading your post, made me start crying again.
I too talk to my little "Boo" as I called him all the time. I think I always will. Even though I had gotten Tink before he died, I still miss him terribly. He was my best buddy in the world and had some very special gifts that I miss too.
The grieving will get some easier as time goes on, but it will never go away. And it shouldn't - that's how we remember and keep the memories in our hearts. |
