1. Tucker got his name because it was the only one my husband approved of out of a long list of possibilities and, in fact, his name absolutely suits him to a "T."
2. Tucker was born on January 22, 2007 and came home to us on April 29, 2007.
3. Tucker is very picky about his treats and prefers raw veggies or fruit over traditional dog treats.
4. Tucker has no idea what to do with a ball and can't figure out why I keep throwing it away from him (although the first time we played he understood, never again after that
)
5. Tucker loves meeting new faces: people, dogs, cats, whatever. As long as he is center of attention he is happy. If we go somewhere and I don't let him say hello he will refuse to move and bark at me.
6. Tucker likes to chew on rocks.
7. Tucker loves the dog park and is always the smallest one there but that doesn't bother him. He likes to "dominate" others, if you know what I mean.
8. Tucker has successfully mastered "sit" and thinks he should be rewarded
every time he sits. He will follow me around, sit at my feet and stare at me waiting for a treat; if I don't give him one he will bark at me.
9. Tucker thinks that when my cell phone rings, it is for him and will come running to answer the phone.
10. I was never a "dog person" before Tucker and I am now 100% head over heels in love with him...even when he does his business in the house.
