Be careful with the collar...If she's a climber, the collar can get stuck on the baby gate. I read a story on here one time that the dog had accidentally hung himself like that..
As far as food goes, you need to make sure she's eating enough. Do you free feed her or do you have scheduled feedings?

Ahh thank you for the tip about her collar!!! I will be sure to take it off when she's in her "area" I think I have a simular set up as the play pen, her bed and crate on one side and wee wee pads on other. I am keeping food around her at all times even when she's out with me that way she won't neglect to eat just because she doesn't want to leave me.
