I haven't given it to Sparky. He seems to be doing alright. He doesn't sit around whining like he did yesterday when I brought him home. He's been up walking around, even trying to jump on his "doggie big sister" Cindy (coon hound). He chews on her neck whenever I'm putting the leashes on them right before they go outside. He went to the bathroom outside just a little while ago and his stool was really loose. It wasn't like water, but it was loose with a little consistency to it. Could that be caused from the stress of what he went through yesterday? He's eating alright, drinking water fine, and otherwise doing well. He is a little calmer (and I know it's from the surgery and not feeling up to par yet) but like I said, he doesn't seem to be in pain (judging on how he whined and cried yesterday after bringing him home). But after reading the google search on Rimadyl, I just didn't feel real secure in giving it to him. I really try to watch what he gets, and I was going to call the vet for something else if he cried and whimpered alot. Thanks for the help and support.....we want the best for our babies. |
