I'm not sure if this is going to work, but Bruce's Mom inquired about Anchorage Dog Parks. Attached is a map that ran in the local paper. I'd recommend the University Lake Park if you want to run into other dogs. The South Anchorage Sports Park is in a fairly busy part of town, so it might be good. Never been there. The others are fairly secluded.
