So sorry to hear she got to feeling worse, you made the right decision taking her to the vet...hopefully she'll recover nicely and quickly!!! Don't know what meds she's taking, but some of those especially for the tummy and bowels can make the stools dark, watch her, to be sure she's not bleeding. Wish her well...poor little thing...keep us updated, please.
