Sorry to be one to break the news, but finding a yorkie for that price is nearly impossible here in California. You can look into a rescue, or shelters, and maybe get your name on a waiting list, but there's probably gonna be a lot of people waiting for a yorkie of that size.
I would advise waiting until you can have a bigger budget, I don't think you'll regret it, because I didn't...
