does anyone on here do stained glass? I am going to start this hobby soon. I showed my neighbor my interest while she was doing a rather large piece for her church. she gave me a beginner pattern, piece of glass and said I could use any of her equipment to try it out and see if I like doing it. has anyone tried this and not liked it for some reason? or do you do it and get hooked? I have done some research and found some patterns. most yorkie patterns you have to pay for. I found a program that is used to make your own pattern. has anyone tried that program?
I guess I am asking for pros and cons of this hobby. anyone?
