[Catrina]

I'm really REALLY hoping this is nothing... but months ago I noticed a tiny little black mole on her mouth... and just now as I'm looking at her mouth I noticed it got BIGGER!!! Should I take her to the vet??? I'm getting sooooooooo nervous right now because usually for humans if you have a mole that gets a lot bigger than it could be cancer right?? I hope I'm overthinking.. but can ANYONE tell me what they think this is or what is happening here????

I just took with my phone (sorry it's a little blurry) I know it doesn't look big, but it is compared to how it used to be, it used to be like the size of a small freckle..
