We have a lot of toys out too. They play with different ones at different times. I have a wicker basket with some of their toys in it and it is so fun to watch them go over to it and decide what to take out. Especially the little Maltese - she almost goes bottom end up to get something out.
We also rotate toys. I have two or three
boxes of toys that get rotated when I remember to do it. The pups think Christmas has come when I drag out a box. They love to tear into it and find an old favorite.
Now, if I could just teach them to put the toys away......
