I am thinking of offering a reward but I don't know how to work it. The money I could offer is nonexistant but if they want a Yorkie, I have a puppy I would trade for my Nicky.
Our animal shelter closed. I don't know why but I'd love to get him chipped, especially if it was free. LOL
