Sorry I have no great advise, could it be something she ate, and just needs time to pass...had she been constipated at all before this? Sometimes when they pass a firmer stool...what comes out next will be softer, with mucous and liquid. Sounds like maybe a case of colitis possibly. Or maybe you should take the stool to your vet...I don't really know what else to offer.
