I too, purchased my Millie from Ivan. She will be 2 years old in September and thank God (so far) she hasn't had a sick day since I got her (aside from the time she ate a piece of a sock and had a belly ache
) She is my happy, healthy, well adjusted baby, and I cannot imagine not having her in my life. But, when I was in the market for a third dog, I did not go to Ivan. I feel I "dodged the bullet" with my Millie, I wasn't going to tempt fate and get another dog from him. Chances are your little baby will be fine and he'll grow up to be a happy, healthy dog.. (from my mouth to God's ear). Just be aware and at the first sign of something unusual, go straight to the vet. Believe me.. I watch Millie very closely.
