That may be a little too much, considering that the breed after all comes from the UK. I do not know that much about liver shunt but I have few friends that live in England and they own Yorkshire terriers (one is a Yorkshire terrier show breeder), nevertheless they never heard about liver shunt in their lines. Many of today's dogs in the USA come originally from an English bloodline called Blairsville and many more (Ozmilion, etc..)...again I am not too informed here so we would need some show people to explain this.
