 Message From Papi
Hi everyone, Jack and I phoned Papi last night and wanted to relay a message to you from him. He wants everyone to know how greatly he appreciates all the kindness and love that has been bestowed to him from you all here. He has tried to reply to all the posts and pm's but just hasn't been able to keep up.
As you all know the depression and the terrible lonliness that Papi went through upon loosing his beloved Kassie. Prior to that loosing his wife to cancer. He has not gotten much needed sleep nor rest since Kassie passed. He is so overwhelmed with the outpouring of love for him, we wish you could hear him speak the words of love and appreciation for each of you and the gratitude from his heart for all that you have brought back into his life, with getting PattiCake, you are helping him to go from the transition of the terrible depression and lonliness to days now once again with joy and smiles into his life.
Jack and I have talked with Papi many, many times by phone. In our conversation last night we told him to get caught up on his much needed sleep and rest these next couple of days, looks like the past few months has had a way of catching up with him and yesterday he did go to the Dr. his blood pressure was elevated, he said never in his life had he had high blood pressure. Like the Dr. assured him to rest and relax and it will come back down. If Papi isn't on the computer today and tomorrow it is because Jack and myself told him to keep it off and just get caught up on the much needed rest he has lacked over the past few months.
Many of us have not gone through what Papi has with the loss of his beloved wife then his companion Kassie, what a lonely world it can be when we have to experience such as that, thank God for the caring and loving people such as yourselves to bring sunshine back into his life. God Bless each of you for the wonderful people you are, we will be giving Papi a call today, thank you for your prayers and for all each of you have done.
He is looking forward to meeting everyone Saturday and it was our suggestion to Papi that to meet at Elaine's was better as he lives in a very small senior apartment. Elaine what a wonderful lady you are and remember to rest these next couple days so you can enjoy everyone and this wonderful blessed occasion.
Lori thank you for keeping us all updated, Papi has worried so much about you and Bre being on the road, as you told me prior to your trip that you are use to traveling and so Papi felt more assured last night. He has such love for you in what you and Bre are doing. We will post later today after we talk with Papi.
