Very interesting Kim. Thanks so much for posting that. I would like for Indiana to come with some sort of law. The only thing about the laws is of course there's no way to compensate for the loss of a beloved pet and we fall in love at first sight! But it's necessary so that people who are only in it for the money can be prosecuted if it comes to that.
