Thanks YT friends. I also will be looking for a small digital camera that I can take anywhere. I am not familiar with cameras, let alone computer stuff, so this thread has been helpful to me. Someone suggested buydig.com and if I looked it up correctly, this Canon Powershot SD 400 Elph is $344.00. I'll have to look at other websites and then try some Circuit City, Walmart, etc.

I am in the exact same boat as you, when it comes to computer or camera stuff. I also looked at the Cannon, but went with the Kodak DX7630 Easyshare. It's a one button transfer to the computer. Very easy, and it was very reasonable. I can just set it on AUTO, and when the picture doesn't come out just right, I blame the camera.
The only thing I know is that more the pixel, the better the picture.
