Hey, I shop at PetEdge when I want to spend $60 or more, then you don't have to pay the fee. The reason they do it is to deter people from ordering one shirt or a bottle of shampoo or whatever. Their business caters to Pet supply stores who order thousands of dollars of stuff at a time. I hope that makes sense.
