Well I am the mom of an (almost) 8 yr old girl and if she ever did this she would receive a serious punishment. Your step-daughter needs to know that we NEVER EVER hurt innocent animals.................that is just not acceptable. Hope you or her dad had a nice little chat w/her. This type of behavior can not afford a warning because the next time it could be around your babies throat.
