I've actually heard of this before....my brother in law's brother put one of those little rubber bands that are for braces on their dog's toe growing up and either forgot about it or didn't want to tell anyone about it and the toe got all big and the doctor was going to operate on it to do a biopsy and when he went to do it he saw the little rubberband cutting into the toe! It was so tight he didn't see it. He feels really bad about it to this day and they never let him live that one down! Kids are just curious and don't think about the results!!!
