StewiesMom: How true they hate smokers down here! At
times I have to remind myself that we live in a free country!
I respect everyone's view on the subject and I know there
are some real bone heads out there that are rude in regard
to smoking. If you couldn't tell by now I am a smoker...but
I am a very respectful smoker who doesn't smoke around kids,
my pets or even in my own house. It's a bad habit that hopefully
when this 12 year daughter with attitude of mine gets through the
difficult teen thing I can break! Right now it's I either smoke to
relieve my stress or I choke her to death so of the 2 the smoking
seems the way to go...

I think that they are doing pretty good on the fires in getting
them contained. It's so dry at this point that lightening is
starting a lot of them. I saw pictures in the paper today of
some of the homes that burnt and it is very sad. I don't think
many of them had much warning because it was almost as if
they went to work in the morning and then by afternoon when
they tried to get to their homes they were being turned away.
I can't even imagine....
