Did anyone use a healing band/belly band (or something similar) after a spay? What'd you think of it?

I don't want to knock anyone's products, but to me it seems like it would trap bacteria & cause infection.

I would prefer a onesie, but I'm not sure I'd be able to find one small enough to fit Chloe?! Even the preemie sizes look really big...
