The taping method worked!
I am so happy, he looks even more adorable. Though I didn't think that was possible

We taped both of the ears last week for 2 days. His left ear stood after 2 days but the right was still floppy. We waited 2 days after the tape came off the first time to re-tape the right ear. Left it on for 2 days. Now he has been totally tape free for 5 days and they are standing! Woohoo!
