That is so silly! I tan easily and have brown hair. In the summer I get a lot of people speaking spanish to me. Then they want to know if I am indian, the truth is, I don't know what I am, a mutt i guess! But I used to work with a lot of Japanese guys. People would say they speak english, just pretended they didn't understand you. It was the most rediculous thing I ever heard. I worked closely with them, and they wanted to understand, just common language was unfamiliar to them and difficult. PEOPLE!
