Well, there's a line from a movie with Steve Martin that I like called "A Simple Twist of Fate." (Based on Silas Marner.)
Anyway, his character says: "When you turn a blessing away from your door, it goes to the one that takes it in."
Or you could always fall back on Brando in the Godfather ... because you got an offer you couldn't refuse. LOL |
