Was your friend dealing with this same breeder? Boy if it is the same breeder, I would like to get in touch with your friend to discuss the issues in private.
I was on that site a few weeks ago, attempting to make a complaint, but at that time, the complaint link didn't work for me. I will have to try it again...hopefully it will work. Thanks for the help guys....
