OMG Angie !! Thats awful !! Was she taking Ephedra ?? Back before it was banned and I had first noticed I was gaining I used them - they really worked but man they were tough to sleep on.
the upside is - I have lost 5 lbs already since starting this and all the posts in this thread are a huge help !...
oh and Ang...I'm one of those "they" people just putting it out there - when women hit a certain age things DRASTICALLY change !
My advise is nip it in the bud before it
becomes a problem
